Job Summary
Monitor patient compliance with program and DOC rules, perform assessments to evaluate inmates' needs, and provide clinical services and case management per Spectrum's design. Deliver group treatment using Spectrum curriculum, complete required documentation and outcome measurement tools within established timeframes, and maintain accurate records and CORIS screens. Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning, case reviews, and conferences while preparing reports and serving as a role model for patients. Ensure program adherence to ethics policies and provide referrals and aftercare services. Full-time Monday through Friday, 7:15am to 4:15pm, with a $29.81 hourly rate (up to $32.70 with licensure).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in clinical psychology, education-counseling, medicine, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative counseling, social work, or closely related field
- Minimum of two years of supervised counseling experience
Desired Qualifications
- Licensure (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LPC) or CSAC, CADC certification
- DOC experience
- Medication Assisted Treatment experience
- Knowledge of local/regional community resources for substance use recovery and reentry stabilization
