Job Summary
Provide psychosocial care to patients and their families as part of the hospice interdisciplinary team, focusing on emotional support and the needs of the whole family. Assist with physical, emotional, and spiritual needs while collaborating with medical directors, registered nurses, and chaplains. This role primarily covers Kent County for Delaware Hospice, a licensed nonprofit serving serious illness care in Delaware and Pennsylvania. LMSW or BSW required with LCSW preferred.

- Masters or Bachelor's Degree in social work, social sciences, or related field
- One year clinical experience with emphasis on case work, family process and group work skills
