Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •Bachelor of Social Work (BSW)
• •Valid Class 5 driver's license
• •Knowledge of HIPA
• •Knowledge of the Child and Family Service's Act
• •Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers (SASW)
• •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required
• •Ability to work independently
• •Ability to work and communicate in a cross cultural setting
• •Ability to work in a cross cultural setting
• •Ability to work independently and with broader interdisciplinary teams
• •Ability to provide public presentation and professional training
• •Ability to manage a high demand caseload and other work assignments
• •Ability to work flexible hours
• •Ability to carry, load and unload equipment and supplies
• •Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
• •Exemplifies ethical practices, professionalism and personal integrity
• •Knowledge in psychological assessment and treatment methods and tools
• •Knowledge in adult treatment and intervention techniques
• •Knowledge and understanding of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
• •Knowledgeable in treatments across a wide clinical spectrum
• •Broad clinical skills in group and individual interventions
• •Knowledge in community development
• •Knowledge in mental health assessment systems
• •Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
• •Travel required
