Job Summary
Social Worker in an outpatient dialysis setting at DaVita: build meaningful and long-term relationships with patients and families, advocate for patients, help patients understand their rights and responsibilities, and guide management of physical, mental, emotional, and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in clinical practice
- Meets all state required regulations to practice in the dialysis setting
- Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
