Job Summary
Donor Social Worker conducts comprehensive psychosocial assessments, individual psychotherapy, treatment plans, and discharge coordination for potential kidney and liver donors through pre-donation, donation, and post-donation, collaborating with a multidisciplinary transplant team and supporting related staff. Requires an MSW and clinical LICSW licensure; position is part-time with schedule Monday–Friday days; located in Rochester, MN. TN visa eligibility only; Mayo Clinic does not participate in other visa sponsorship programs. Responsibilities include adapting to medical diagnoses, coordinating care across phases, and utilizing strong communication and psychosocial diagnostic skills.
Required Qualifications
- Master's in Social Work (MSW) degree
- LICSW licensure to practice independently at the clinical level
