Job Summary
Experienced Social Worker dedicated to safeguarding children, responsible for safeguarding and protection, comprehensive assessments, crisis intervention, and multi-agency collaboration to secure protective outcomes. Responsibilities include conducting needs assessments and planning, implementing evidence-based interventions, maintaining accurate case records, ensuring statutory visits and reviews, and focusing on child-centered decision-making. Requires Social Work England registration, a recognised social work qualification, and at least 3 years post-qualification experience in statutory children's safeguarding. Hybrid working arrangement with 3 days per week in the office at Gainsborough Road Resource Centre, Corby; office base at School Place, Corby. Contract is full-time via agency. Demonstrated ability to manage risk, engage families in crisis, and work within legal and statutory frameworks. Required Qualifications
- Social Work England registration
- recognized professional Social Work qualification
- minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in statutory children's safeguarding setting
- DfE cover sheet completed to be considered
