Job Summary
Social Worker (Children in Care) responsible for safeguarding, assessments, care planning, and interventions to support care-experienced children. Lead on comprehensive assessments, develop and review care plans, take safeguarding action, engage in direct work with children, and collaborate with multi-agency partners to advocate for the child’s rights. Travel across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight to meet children in care; hybrid working arrangement in Havant location.
