Job Summary
Conduct assessments and case management for children and families in line with statutory requirements and service policies. Plan, deliver, and review care plans with children, families, and service providers; empower families to achieve independence and fulfil their potential. Collaborate with multi-agency partners under the Getting it Right for Every Child framework to enhance service integration. Prepare reports for legal and professional bodies, attend Children’s Hearings and Court, and maintain accurate records in compliance with policies. Requires SSSC registration, eligible to work in the UK, and a social work degree with post-qualified experience.
