Social Worker - Child Protection

Job Summary
Conduct assessments of children and families to identify risks and needs; develop and implement child protection plans with multi-agency teams; undertake statutory visits and maintain case records; intervene in crisis situations to ensure children's safety; participate in child protection conferences, core groups, and court proceedings; collaborate with families to drive positive outcomes; liaise with schools, health professionals, police, and other agencies to coordinate support; provide written reports for legal proceedings; monitor and review cases for progress and compliance with care plans; advocate for the rights and welfare of children and young people.
Required Qualifications
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
