Job Summary
Social Worker - Child Protection in the UK requires conducting assessments of children and families, developing and implementing child protection plans with multi-agency teams, undertaking statutory visits, maintaining case records, intervening in crises to safeguard children, contributing to conferences and court proceedings, liaising with schools, health professionals and police, providing written reports for legal proceedings, monitoring progress and advocating for children’s rights and welfare. Requires Social Work England registration, UK eligibility, a full UK driving licence, post-qualification experience, and a degree level in Social Work.
