Social Worker - Child Protection

Conduct assessments of children and families to identify risks and needs, and develop child protection plans in collaboration with multi-agency teams. Undertake statutory visits, maintain accurate case records, and intervene in crisis situations to ensure immediate child safety. Attend child protection conferences, core groups, and court proceedings while liaising with schools, health professionals, and police. Work closely with families to promote positive change, provide written reports for legal proceedings, and advocate for children's rights. Monitor cases regularly to ensure progress and compliance. Requires Social Work England registration, UK driving licence, and post-qualified experience. Located in Coventry.
