Social Worker - Child Protection

Social Worker for Child Protection responsible for conducting assessments of children and families to identify risks and needs, developing and implementing child protection plans with multi-agency teams, undertaking statutory visits, maintaining case records, intervening in crises to ensure child safety, attending child protection conferences and court proceedings, coordinating with schools, health professionals, police and other agencies, providing written reports for legal proceedings, monitoring progress, and advocating for the rights and welfare of children and young people. Must hold Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a full UK driving licence, have post-qualification experience, and possess a degree level or equivalent in Social Work. The role is based in Manchester, UK with in-person duties.
