SOCIAL WORKER BSW

Coordinate the plan of care focusing on quality, timely delivery of services, and medical necessity of a patient's admission, including determining the appropriate level of care. Assess, plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate options and services to meet individual health care needs and the family systems supporting the patient. Seek positive health outcomes by ensuring well-orchestrated, coordinated care focused on quality, efficiency, and safety while treating others fairly and respectfully. Maintain an open, approachable manner that preserves self-confidence and dignity while showing regard for their opinions. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in social services, two years of hospital-based social work experience, and a current Kansas LBSW license.
