Job Summary
Social Worker required for Adult Locality Team in Liverpool. Manage a varied caseload with a strength-based approach; conduct risk assessments, safeguarding enquiries, Mental Capacity and Best Interest assessments. Collaborate with health and social care professionals, participate in Continuing Healthcare (CHC) assessments and multi-agency forums. Ensure service delivery aligns with legislation, financial resources, and quality standards; maintain accurate records and high-quality reports with data protection compliance. Flexible, hybrid working arrangement available. Must have Social Work England registration, a UK driving licence, and post-qualification experience; Degree level in Social Work and eligibility to work in the UK are required.
