Job Summary
Consult students individually through direct consultation and case management to support their progress and mental health within the General Education and Special Education Curriculum. Serve as a liaison among the home, school, and community to address and alleviate personal or social adjustment problems obstructing educational progress. Maintain a high level of confidentiality while communicating efficiently and effectively in both oral and written forms.
