Job Summary
Lead a disability-inclusive camp-support program as Social Work: Support Supervisor; coordinate ICPs for campers needing extra support; conduct intakes with families; train and supervise 3-6 Support Specialists; provide crisis management; apply trauma-informed and restorative approaches; collaborate with families and camp leadership; ensure transportation supports and communication with parents; participate in pre-camp and hybrid staff orientation and full-time camp period in June-August; 8-week outdoor summer camp schedule with part-time Apr-Jun and full-time Jun-Aug.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Education, Special Education, Social Work, Psychology, or related field required.
- Some graduate experience or Master’s Degree strongly preferred.
- Experience as a leader in an inclusive, educational setting, or similar experience.
- Background in elementary and/or special education, social work, or relevant setting
- Previous supervisory experience.
