Social Work Manager, 40 Hours Days, Cross Campus Coverage University & Memorial

Identify patient needs and develop quality social work programs for inpatients and outpatients while managing caseloads and staff hours. Monitor social worker practices, develop quality assurance records, and evaluate service reporting methods. Act as the primary contact for social work issues, serving as a liaison to clinical departments and physicians. Direct and supervise assigned personnel, including performance evaluations, scheduling, and hiring recommendations. Collaborate with the Director of Care Coordination to facilitate patient care across the continuum and ensure compliance with Joint Commission and DPH regulations. Manage departmental budgets and develop policies to meet regulatory requirements.
