Social Work - Children In Need

Experienced Social Worker required to conduct Child in Need assessments, develop and implement Child in Need plans in collaboration with families and professionals, and coordinate housing, education, and health services to meet each child’s needs. Support children who may be disabled, young carers, homeless, or affected by parental issues, promoting welfare and family stability. Engage with families voluntarily unless safeguarding concerns arise, and liaise with multi-agency teams including schools, health professionals, and voluntary organisations. Role involves post-qualification practice, working within the Children in Need team in Leicester and obtaining Social Work England registration.
