Job Summary

Lead the development and delivery of social value initiatives across Stagecoach operations in the Liverpool City Region, shaping the social value strategy in collaboration with the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority, building partnerships with community groups and local stakeholders, measuring and reporting impact, embedding social value into operations, and delivering a Level 4 Social Value Apprenticeship as part of the role.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in social value, ESG, community engagement or public sector partnerships
  • Understanding of social value frameworks, measurement and reporting
  • Experience with local authorities or public sector bodies
  • Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Ability to translate strategy into community-focused outcomes
  • Project or programme management capability
  • Familiarity with Liverpool City Region priorities
  • Passion for sustainability and inclusion
