Job Summary
Develop delivery plans, manage real-time data collection using Impact Reporting and Social Value Portal, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for clients. Lead resident communications by organizing community meetings, chairing events, and responding to queries empathetically while logging correspondence on Clixifix. Build relationships with local partners, supply chain teams, and bid departments to ensure S.106 obligations are met and social value KPIs are exceeded. Monitor budget spend, apply for match funding, and update project web pages quarterly. Represent Hill at external forums and promote inclusive values across all stakeholder interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Community engagement and social value delivery
- Experience in resident liaison or community roles
- Project and stakeholder management
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Event planning and facilitation
- Data collection, analysis and reporting
- Confident presenting to clients and stakeholders
- Use of Microsoft Office and reporting tools
- Ability to manage budgets and seek funding
- Self-motivated, adaptable and proactive
- Must be able to travel across sites and Hill Group head office (project/office locations cover Essex/Hertfordshire/Surrey)
