Job Summary
Social Support Coordinator responsible for assisting customers on defined social platforms with reactive and proactive engagement. Maintain a presence on social channels, respond to queries, engage with brand advocates, monitor YouTube comments, report trends to Support Management and Marketing, and collaborate with the global team to achieve social KPIs. Requires knowledge of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok), strong communication and collaboration skills, a friendly and professional customer-engagement approach, experience dealing with customers, and a passion for audio and music. Audio tech knowledge is a plus; familiarity with Focusrite product family is desirable.
