Job Summary
Social Studies Teacher responsible for instructional leadership in PLC settings, curriculum planning, inquiry- and project-based instruction, creating common assessments, and data-driven, differentiated instruction aligned with the district curriculum; accountable for classroom management and fostering strong student, parent, and teacher relationships, with emphasis on authentic assessment techniques and use of technology. Requires Missouri Certification in Social Science 9-12 and participation in district/building professional development and improvement planning.
