Job Summary
Social Studies Classroom Teacher for the 26/27 School Year in Murfreesboro, NC. Responsibilities include delivering district-approved curriculum, planning and delivering lessons, assessing student progress, differentiating instruction to meet diverse needs (including students with special needs), maintaining student records, and communicating with families. Requires knowledge of current teaching methods, elementary curriculum concepts, use of data systems, and ability to organize work and collaborate with colleagues. Must hold or be eligible for North Carolina State Teacher Certification and have a Bachelor’s degree in Education or related discipline. Travel to district buildings and professional meetings as required; standard school-based equipment used. Exempt position.
