Job Summary
Social Strategist to join Melbourne team on a part-time basis (4 days per week). Role centers on embedding social, creator and amplification thinking into campaigns across paid, owned, earned channels; defining platform roles in campaigns; developing creator approaches, content frameworks and amplification strategies; collaborating with Creative, Strategy and Client teams; shaping ideas to be platform-native and audience-led; supporting live events and activation planning; and developing measurement frameworks with KPIs linked to campaign objectives. Requires 4-6 years in social/creator strategy or related fields, strong knowledge of TikTok/Instagram/YouTube/LinkedIn, and ability to translate briefs into actionable social recommendations. Candidate should be genuinely passionate about sport and culture, collaborative, proactive, and able to manage multiple briefs in a fast-paced environment. Note: All candidates require working rights of Australia to perform the role.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years’ experience in social strategy, creator strategy, influencer marketing, digital strategy or integrated campaign planning
- Experience developing social or creator thinking for campaigns, partnerships, activations or live experiences
- Experience contributing to pitches, proposals or client-facing strategic recommendations
- Background in sport, entertainment, sponsorship, events or agency environments highly regarded
