Job Summary

Social Strategist at Michael Kors to monitor, analyze, and report on key social media metrics across the Michael Kors social ecosystem, surface insights that drive brand and business decisions, and shape strategies. Lead in synthesizing insights from social data (brand/influencer content, social listening) to tell stories and provide actionable recommendations. Responsibilities include building Team Kors Employee Ambassador Program, sourcing/managing UGC with BazaarVoice, assisting Organic social teams with posting, analyzing organic performance and brand sentiment, delivering weekly reports to senior leadership, leading competitive research in fashion/luxury, configuring analytics tools with external vendors, delivering timely information to stakeholders, identifying trends, benchmarking against competitors, educating the company on data insights, and supporting social community management and social commerce initiatives (IG Shops, etc.). You’ll need a Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of social media strategy experience; experience across paid/owned/earned social preferred; proficiency in Excel and social listening tools; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; willingness to work in NYC office 4 days a week. Compensation range: 75,000.00 - 85,000.00 USD, with full-time equivalency notes for salaried roles.
