Job Summary
Social Specialist responsible for community management, publishing, trend spotting, and reporting assistance across client social pages. The role involves social content ideation and creation, engaging in 1:1 conversations to build relationships, identifying opportunities to feature communities on owned channels, spotting cultural trends and issues, supporting social listening and reporting, and collaborating with strategy and analytics teams. You will manage client social pages using tools like Sprinklr, contribute to the social content calendar, define and maintain the brand's voice and tone, identify celebrities and influencers for advocacy, and, when needed, produce social content in static or video formats and cover on-ground events. A strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and best practices, plus ability to work with cross-functional partners and deliver engaging content, are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in social media management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with social media tools (e.g., Sprinklr)
- Ability to create and publish content across social platforms
- Knowledge of brand voice and tone development
- Experience in social listening and reporting
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Event coverage experience is a plus
