Job Summary

Design and supervise evidence-based mental health services for children with autism spectrum disorders in home, school, and community settings. Facilitate social skill groups with 4-8 clients daily, including Saturday sessions, while supervising Behavior Specialists and managing group cancellations. Maintain productivity margins by offering multiple groups per day, project client calendars, and communicate session offerings to Regional Directors. Educate families on clinical schedules, monitor progress notes for billing conversion, and coordinate with Clinical Directors on treatment plans and discharge reports. Ensure all caregiver signatures are gathered and policies are communicated effectively.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following disciplines: Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy
  • ABA Special Education is acceptable for individuals who also have completed ABA coursework
  • One year experience implementing behavioral health treatment
  • preferred experience in group facilitation
  • Knowledgeable of methodologies found to benefit children with autism spectrum disorders, including Applied Behavioral Analysis ("ABA"), Early Start Denver Model ("ESDM"), Treatment and Education of Autistic and related Communication-Handicapped Children ("TEACCH"), Picture Exchange Communication System ("PECS") and Pivotal Response Training ("PRT")
  • Ability to travel to and work in multiple program service areas
  • Reliable transportation is required
  • proof of valid driver license
  • current auto insurance identification card

  • Occasional walking to, bending to enter, sitting and using upper and lower limbs to drive car
