Job Summary
Lead social services programs as a Supervisor/Expert within the Division of Children and Family Services (DCFS), overseeing case management and staff development to improve safety, permanency, and well-being for Arkansas children and families. Responsibilities include coaching and evaluating social services staff, developing and implementing policy and program initiatives, conducting program audits and quality assurance to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, providing expertise in crisis intervention and inter-agency collaboration, coordinating with government agencies and advocacy groups, and leading statewide social services initiatives. Must possess strong knowledge of case management, crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, Arkansas social service laws/policies, data management and reporting, and leadership/mentorship skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of four years of work experience in human services programs or public service work, including one year in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
