Job Summary
Manage and process newly assigned Member cases in the electronic Harmony database using daily assignment reports to ensure compliance with ADvantage Waiver program requirements. Maintain familiarity with Harmony and ICE systems to coordinate communications and provide support for overflow workloads across ADvantage operations. Complete provider question support, submit help desk tickets for additional information, and maintain high levels of professional communication via MS Teams. This hybrid role requires a high-speed internet connection for telework or office-based duties within the Provider Relations Department of the Medicaid Services Unit.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Required car insurance
- Bachelor's Degree
- Equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of experience in professional social work for each year of the required education
- Master's degree
- Bachelor's degree and one year of experience in professional social work
- Equivalent combination of education and social work, substituting one year of professional social work for each year of the required education
- High-speed internet connection (not a hot spot)
- Ability to frequently lift up to 15 lbs for transporting computer
- Stable and reliable home internet (high-speed and not a hotspot) for telework or will be required to work in the office
