Social Services Director

Directs social services programs in the facility, overseeing planning and implementation of services. Recruits, hires, trains and supervises staff including MHPs, QMHPs, CRSs, and RSAs. Applies evidence-based treatment modalities such as wellness recovery action plans, illness management and recovery, dual diagnosis, and trauma-informed care. Oversees implementation of treatment programs, coordinates referrals for services not provided by the facility, develops educational in-services, and provides clinical supervision of treatment personnel. Oversees resident assessments and develops Performance Improvement Project (PIP) tools to improve care delivery. Fosters a collaborative, team-oriented culture and supports career growth opportunities for staff.
