Social Services Director - Skilled Nursing

Provide services to respond to the emotional needs of residents and their families. Assist with resident admissions and the referral process. Build a facility culture while supporting a family-focused environment. Maintain a Master's degree in social work, two years of geriatrics experience, and required licensure. Hold a valid driver's license. Prior experience in nursing homes is preferred.
