Job Summary
Directs and coordinates the Social Services Department at Euclid Beach Nursing & Rehab Center; acts as liaison for residents’ social interests; responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing overall Social Services Department operations; requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field, OH social worker licensure, and at least one year of relevant experience (Skilled Nursing preferred); strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a human services field (including sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, or psychology)
- Licensure or certification as a social worker in the state of OH
- At least one year of relevant experience
- Experience in Skilled Nursing preferred
- Excellent communication skills
