Social Services Designee, Part Time

Social Services Designee in a part-time role responsible for resident advocacy and psychosocial well-being. As part of the care team, develop and maintain rapport with direct caregivers, report grievances to the Director of Social Services, serve as the resident’s advocate, monitor changes in residents’ conditions, and collaborate with the activity department to broaden opportunities and choices for residents. Requires high school diploma or GED and prior social services experience in a long-term care setting. Will train on the job and require availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
