Job Summary
The Social Services Coordinator at KIND will work with unaccompanied and separated children to connect them with essential services. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, maintaining community relationships, and leading efforts in resource sharing. A bachelor's degree and experience with immigrant children are required.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Social Work or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with immigrant populations
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with children, preferably in trauma-related fields
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to travel as assigned
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with unaccompanied minors
- Knowledge of social services available for immigrant populations
- Experience working with a diverse team of social service providers
