Job Summary
Assist the Social Services department to meet medically related social and emotional needs of patients in accordance with laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Support social workers with education, financial planning assistance, and liaison with community agencies; exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients; assist in patient evacuation; document appropriately per State law; work on an interdisciplinary team; follow company policies, including harassment and compliance, and maintain confidentiality of information.
