Social Services Assistant

Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, addressing their social, emotional, and spiritual needs. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Facilitate resident engagement in activities, outings, and events, promoting socialization and overall well-being. Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, grooming, and meal assistance. Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident interactions, needs, and progress.
