Job Summary
Social Services Assistant position located on-site in Waxhaw, NC (White Oak Manor Waxhaw). Responsible for supporting residents’ psychosocial well-being, assisting in developing and implementing comprehensive resident care plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to deliver compliant social services. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related Human Services field, and is a full-time role with Monday–Friday schedule. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field including but not limited to Sociology, Special Education, Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology or Gerontology
