Social Services and ERSEA Professional

Assure programs meet 100% of Federal Performance Standards for Family Partnerships, Community Partnerships, and Parent Involvement while supervising a 3–4 person Family Services Team. Directly oversee Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance processes to maintain full compliance with ERSEA protocols. Manage record keeping, ongoing monitoring, and program governance to support caseload transitions and full-year program delivery. Coordinate communication and service coordination with families and management to drive parent involvement and community partnerships.
