Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in social work required
- 5+ years within the social service field
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Proven management skills
- Understanding of project management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Social Work, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in program management within residential tenant environment preferred
- Ability to proactively anticipate and solve problems, preferred
