Job Summary
Promote and implement Social Service Department programs through community outreach, home visits, and client assessments. Develop care plans, coordinate services, and facilitate workshops and support groups while conducting community education events. Ensure all services adhere to best practices and government regulations by documenting interactions and collaborating with other departments. Maintain department social media platforms and attend relevant trainings. Participate in business meetings and drive to off-site locations including senior centers and medical settings as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in social work, human services, health or related fields
- 1 years of work experience in social or health service
- Has a valid Washington State Driver's license, auto insurance, access to a vehicle and willing to drive
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred
