Social Service Director *Sign on Bonus $10K*

Manage and direct the Social Services Department to ensure all medically related emotional and social needs of patients are met in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Accurately assess, document, and provide interventions to meet the psychosocial needs of residents while developing care plans based on those assessments. Maintain a quality working relationship with the medical profession and other health-related facilities and organizations. This role requires two years of job-related experience, preferably in long-term care, with a Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field.
