Social Service Director LSW Required

Social Service Director leads and manages the day-to-day operations of the Social Service department in a long-term care setting, ensures regulatory compliance, develops goals and objectives, oversees orientation and continuing education, builds relationships with regulatory agencies, residents, and families, assists in budgeting, implements policies, provides direct psychosocial intervention, conducts resident assessments, develops care plans and progress notes, coordinates external services, facilitates resident council meetings, supports families during placement and discharge, and conducts staff training on psychosocial issues and patient rights. Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field with state certification and supervisory experience required.
