Job Summary
Coordinate programs and social services for children and adults, including Out-of-School Time initiatives, job readiness training, and health and wellness activities. Facilitate community partnerships, lead on-site food distribution, and develop service plans with residents while monitoring progress through wellness checks. Manage resource files for referrals, track case management data, and distribute monthly newsletters door-to-door. Provide technical assistance to resident associations and ensure compliance with lease requirements and housing inspections. Work 35 hours per week from 9:00am to 5:00pm, with flexibility for evening or weekend events as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum one (1) to three (3) years' work experience in Social Services or related field
- Flexibility to occasionally work evenings and/or weekends to accommodate special events
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, or related field
- Knowledge of ETO or similar database experience
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and general computer software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Project Planning Skills and Knowledge
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
