Social Service Coordinator- Alician Senior and Atkinson Place

Facilitate and coordinate social services, educational programs, and health initiatives for affordable housing residents, including after-school activities, job readiness workshops, and on-site food distribution. Create individualized service goals with residents, conduct wellness checks, and manage referrals through resource files while tracking progress in data systems. Engage community partners and volunteers to support programming, distribute monthly newsletters door-to-door, and ensure compliance with lease requirements and housing inspections. Manage site budgets, provide technical assistance to resident associations, and attend mandatory training as needed.
