Job Summary
Implement the social services function of the Center in accordance with residents' needs, government regulations, and company policies to maintain each resident at their maximum potential under the direction of the Social Services Director. Maintain regular attendance as required and demonstrate the ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions. This role supports a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility dedicated to helping residents maximize their potential and live their lives to the fullest in a secure, modern environment.
Required Qualifications
- at least one (1) year of skilled nursing facility experience
- Prefer a minimum of one (1) year related experience in a healthcare setting
- Ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions
- Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance as required
