Attorney to join Morgan & Morgan’s Social Security Disability practice. Responsibilities include guiding clients through the case process, attending hearings and court appearances, managing day-to-day case load, and delegating work among a team of case staff. Must have a law degree from a fully accredited law school, be an active State Bar member, and have Social Security Disability hearing experience, with strong client service, writing, and oral advocacy skills to handle a high-volume caseload. Position can sit in any US office and is full-time with comprehensive benefits.
