Job Summary
Represent clients through all stages of the Social Security Disability process, including initial applications, appeals, and hearings. Prepare persuasive briefs, arguments, and documentation to support client claims while working closely with individuals to gather case information, explain legal options, and maintain current knowledge of Social Security regulations and agency procedures. Collaborate with the support team to ensure every case receives attentive, thorough preparation. Maintain a compassionate, client-first approach to legal representation grounded in integrity and empathy.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Attorney in good standing (Florida preferred or eligible for reciprocity)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Security Disability law
- Strong advocacy and communication skills
