Job Summary
Social Media & Video Content Specialist responsible for brainstorming, creating, and producing engaging content while maintaining brand standards for the Collection. Develop, coordinate, and execute effective social advertising campaigns; research and coordinate influencers; negotiate influencer contracts; host influencers and media; manage content publishing; stay ahead of market trends; allocate budgets for paid social; create and curate video and photo content, including drone footage; collaborate with internal teams and production vendors; update websites; assist with marketing photo/video shoots and copywriting; requires strong creative skills, proficiency with social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn), photography and video production/editing, CMS familiarity, and willingness to work hybrid in Park City, UT, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing business social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Experience creating content for social media platforms
- Photography and video experience
- Experience with video editing
- Drone operation experience (certified a plus)
- CMS experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
- Willingness to learn and adapt to trends and tools
