Job Summary
Create fun, entertaining, and informative short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms by shooting and editing content from start to finish. Develop recurring video ideas and series that educate without feeling like a lecture, turning gardening, lawn care, pets, and everyday moments into authentic stories that make people stop scrolling. Keep an eye on trends, sounds, and memes to improve engagement, while occasionally being on camera and convincing team members to join you. Submit a 1-minute creative video during the interview process to demonstrate your style and creativity. This part-to-full-time role requires weekend availability and occasional travel between retail locations, with the goal of helping customers grow their lawns and gardens through real, useful, and humorous content.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with some combination of: Short-form video creation, Video editing, Social media content, Shooting with a phone, camera, or both, Lighting and audio, Storytelling and scripting, On-camera presenting or performance, Video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
- Knowledge of gardening, lawn care, plants, pets, and the products we sell
- Being a lifelong gardening expert
