Social Media Strategy Manager

Job Summary
Own brand, digital, and social media strategies from initial insight through to client presentation and execution handover. Serve as a trusted strategic partner, consulting clients across social media, influencer marketing, creative, and integrated communications while adapting approaches to different markets and cultural nuances. Conduct audience, brand, and competitor analyses using social listening and trend analysis tools to surface actionable recommendations that drive measurable outcomes. Develop creator, influencer, and UGC strategies across diverse industries including FMCG, retail, automotive, luxury, and technology. Contribute to pitch and new business processes, collaborating closely with Client Services, Paid Media, and Data teams to ensure strategies are coherent and effective across all markets.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency experience in a strategy role
- ideally within social media or digital
- proven track record across diverse industries and business categories
- deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the broader creator economy
- understanding of how platform behaviour and cultural context differ across markets
- confidence working with audience data and insights platforms such as GWI, Brandwatch, Audiense, Pulsar, or B4P
- ability to turn raw data into a sharp point of view
- confidence working with AI-powered marketing tools
- ability to use AI tools to elevate strategic thinking and client recommendations
- ability to think on your feet
- ability to come up with clever, socially native solutions in the room with clients and the team

- English fluency
